Here we are in the beginning days of a brand-new year. Truth be told it seems like 2023 went by so quickly. Time continues to move forward at its own pace. As well we are the ones who must make the commitment to prioritize and take advantage of time itself.
There is now a sense of newness about this new year of 2024. It is now present with us and offers us the opportunity to start anew.
The beginning of a new year brings with it of course the promise of a fresh start. In essence it can be said that this New Year grants each of us the chance of Turning the Page.
Turning the Page. There is as we begin our first steps into this the New Year our opportunity of Turning the Page.
Turning the Page can and will mean different things to each of us. For some it will be the aspect of moving on from those things of not just 2023 of as well some things of yesteryear. For others it will be the promise of venturing into new territories.
This much is certain. Turning the Page is not always easy. There is if we are honest about a level of comfort in those things that we can and do exist within. At times truth be told comfort which can if we are not careful lull us into a state of incompetency.
Turning the Page is if we get right now to it calling on us to change. Change, a one syllable word that can at times cause some to draw back and leave in a position of neutral.
Turning the Page, it must be a call on each of us to look not just outward but most importantly inward. To acknowledge the need to move forward and as well to embrace the challenge of moving beyond the self-imposed norm.
